These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Onecount Notify ("the app"), provided by Onesita Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, the merchant ("you") agrees to these Terms.
Onecount Notify is a Shopify application that enables merchants to send transactional and marketing notifications to their customers via email, SMS, web push, and WhatsApp, using the merchant's own provider credentials (BYOC — bring your own credentials).
You must operate a valid Shopify store and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of that business.

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable law in the jurisdictions where you send messages, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. We provide tools (consent capture, double opt-in, unsubscribe, quiet hours, GDPR endpoints) to support compliance, but the legal obligation rests with you.
You provide your own SMTP, SMS, WhatsApp, and other provider credentials. We encrypt them at rest using AES-256-GCM and use them only to send messages on your behalf.
Use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages may temporarily affect delivery.
You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate the app for breach of these Terms or for abusive sending behavior. On termination, customer data tied to your shop is purged within 30 days.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
